A successful real estate professional, Kevan’s knowledge of diverse suburbs in Perth and experience in numerous real estate transactions ensure that his clients achieve the best possible outcome at all times. Kevan recognises residential real estate’s dual role as a personal investment and also as an important financial one. Whether small or large transactions, Kevan has the gift of listening to and understanding the unique needs of every single client.

Previously managing his own business in West Leederville and working across various roles in the local area, as well as playing for Subiaco Football Club, Kevan can fully appreciate what the beautiful Western suburbs have to offer families, and uses this knowledge to provide exceptional support to the team and his clients.

Working closely with Michelle, Kevan brings considerable experience, a high work ethic and extensive knowledge of the residential real estate market in Perth inner city suburbs.

Currently living locally in the Western suburbs and still actively involved in football with his boys, Kevan continues to offer a point of difference in his work by providing his clients with real results and a comfortable, no-fuss approach whether you’re selling, buying or investing.
